- DDDebDec 20, 20255.0We were welcomed warmly by Cat at reception, and Mike from Maintenance. These two in particular could not have been nicer. The rooms are very clean, complimentary breakfasts are very good with lots of options. Overall we rate this hotel as a 5 out of 5.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway for road trip to Cape Cod, Newport, Plymouth, Providence or other nearby New England locations. The staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was very satisfying. Definitely plan to stay again when we visit this region next time!

Before we checked out we went downstairs for a quick breakfast and we come back to our room with a nervous looking cleaning lady in the hallway going into rooms around 9 am which we thought was weird but didnt think anything of it at the time. We left and then checked one of our wallets and all the money in it was gone. Every dollar was taken probably around $200 stolen. We called the hotel when we noticed and they said they would call back within 30 minutes with more information... They never called back. We called another 2 times and still the same answer and that the manager wasnt in and that we would receive a call the next day. Today is the next day and still no call nor do I expect that we receive one. Service should get 0 stars they've done nothing to help at all
