    Couldn't be more disappointed for the " Quality " of this hotel. Long list of problems from check in, to having staff try and extend room. The staff walking into room with out any notice on several occasions x 2 during 1 week stay.. When informing front desk about continual problems no solutions only, your welcome to leave was brought up. Talk about insulting your guests. They have one of the best 🥶 ☃️ freezing " hot tubs". Business room with a chair thats missing a wheel. When bringing up to staff they say we're aware and leaves it for another 2 days. Someone can get hurt trying to sit in this and get thrown to the floor as I almost did. Loud dripping sounds in the wall on 2nd floor room. Same room (clean) has bathroom with weird smell from sink and toilet. Bath tubs overflow piece not in correct position 😆🤣 this is a different room. House keeper wouldnt put the tissue in the holder during turn down service.Toilet with scratches inside. Trash left in hall, multiple boxes by elevator for several days. As they changed lights in hall. Wing nuts washers and wire caps littered hall. Sub par management is to be looked into at this facility. Insulting guests when they bring up issues that continue over and over again and making up accusations to make your hotel sound better only shows the level of professionalism that you would expect to find here. We wont be staying here ever again!

    It's a functional hotel, meaning that you'll have a roof over your head and a bed. The staff are great but underpaid, please pay them more so they spend more effort on the guest experience. For example, maybe if they were compensated better the maintenance crew would not start hammering paintings/TV installations into nearby rooms at 9am on a Saturday. I've had these types of jobs before and I get it. The lobby coffee is 24-7 and often empty, as is the hot water. Freshly renovated lobby is light and bright but the new paint doesn't help cover up the sewer smell throughout half the hotel. You will hear your neighbor's phone's notifications, even though low volume. Grateful for hot water in my shower.

    Great stay. Very quiet. Has in house restaurant and breakfast in the morning. I have stayed here before and certainly will again. Right next to Army and Marine Corps Reserve base as well. Friendly staff, easy checking and out. Good food pantry for snacks and drinks.
