I've stayed here many times with my family, as of recent, I have began to identify as gender-neutral when I was speaking with the booking agent. As soon as I told them this they have hung up the phone on me continuously. I know it is not the hotel itself.
I have tried to reach out to the booking agent many times and have received nothing but crass.
It is unfortunate because me and my family and JoJo staying here but I just feel like you should treat me like a human, not like a label.
Sincerely,
Frustrated.

I have to agree with some of these reviews I paid for 2 hotel rooms from 10/26-11/3 we had 9 people staying in 2 rooms and I asked for a roll away bed per them it was a fire hazard. Ok so I asked them for extra blankets so we can make the floor more comfortable and the front seat told me to my could only give us 2 extra blankets and that was it. We made do with what they gave but I wasn’t happy about their professionalism about it. Also they never came in at all to clean our rooms I’m not asking every night but at least every 2 days. I had to put our trash in bags and put them outside of our rooms everyday just so they would empty it. Since they never came in to clean the rooms the whole time we were there. We had to call and ask for new towels and they would only bring us 2 towels per a room. So 4 towels for 9 people I don’t understand most hotels give you 4 towels a room. It’s perfect location cause it’s in between Boston and Salem but I wasn’t impressed with the staff and management. Also in the website it said there was a water park and a arcade but I was closed most of the time they finally opened it up on 11/1 which we went and of course my husband got badly hurt on the alligator waterslide . Wish they would of had more stuff for kids to do while we’re there during the afternoons.

This hotel is huge. There is a fricken waterpark in the hotel. The gym is amazing and free to paying guests as is the pool which has a separate lap lane swimmers. This pool is not part of the waterpark. There is a hot tub and sauna haven't tried them yet may update later. No kids in the hot tub I believe. Private massage treatment on site this is payable. Rooms are clean and well kept lamps work, microwave works, free to use coffee machine with 2x decaf and 2 X regular coffee. We paid for a king and it's a huge bed and there's a lovely soft sofa in it. Maybe a 55" TV with plenty of stuff to watch. It's a big TV.
Location not so good for us as we are using Uber it's quite a distance to anywhere nothing within walking distance unfortunately.

So where to start this should not be a number 1 resort by no means our daughter tripped over the carpet at the ledge going out to the balcony and messed her face up bad from a knot to scapes all the way down
The twin beds the kids slept in had not one mattress cover nor a fitted sheet and were stained all over completely unexpecxeable and when asked they could not provide any and they are a major hotel chain not acceptable at all
The doors that connected the rooms had a noticeable dip and we about tripped on it a few times and when they said they would fix it and put the sheets correctly all they did was make it still not one fitted sheet
Sinks are cracked and not taken care of bathtub is so slick three of our kids fell in it but didn’t get hurt
I had to call and ask for towels when taking a shower because they didn’t have enough towels for 4 people in one room for the price they charge this has been by far the worst stay with Hilton and you have to walk a maze to get to the even get to your room and there is only stair access to floor 2 which is crazy to me but I strongly suggest staying somewhere besides this hotel

Old and tired. Waited quite a while to check-in since there was only one desk clerk on duty at 5:30pm and the first person in line was apparently applying for a mortgage. Then a poor DoorDash delivery guy, then a normal checked in , then me. Parked around the side which was easily 3/10 mile from the door. Elevator was next to some sort of closed water park/arcade in the hotel. Room is huge, yet sparsely furnished, with all the furniture pushed up against one wall and 2 small floor lamps trying to to add some light. Unsurprisingly, the switch by the door doesn’t do anything. Walls are a dull mustard color. The thermostat on the wall doesn’t seem to do anything. There are controls on the noisy wall unit which hopefully will drop the temperature a bit. For such.a huge room, the bathroom is TINY. Nothing more annoying than having to step around the toilet to get out of the shower.
