    Based on stays at several Hilton properties, this location, the staff, and especially Tommie the manager, are gracious, accessible, professional. I rarely witness managers greet their clients during the morning hours. Tommie is ever present, polite, attentive, courteous, engaging. So very glad I found a Hilton location that appreciates the guests.

    Worst hotel service ever. I left one of my AirPod earbud in the room, realized it in the afternoon after checked out, call back to the hotel, front desk said they have no information on lost and found, only housekeeping manager can help. Got transferred, left message, no response. Returned to the hotel, checked with the front desk, not helpful at all and was told only the housekeeping manager can help and he is off. When we said we can see the ear bud is in the hotel through find my devices and asked if we can use the find my to track it down, was told we can’t go up to be close to the room we stayed and they can’t check with the current guest. The only way is to call back. We further asked if the house keeping department needs to report guest’s lost items. Was told no. The only way to find out is if guests calls back. Can’t believe such a hotel policy in place. The resistance and not willing to help is beyond what you can imagine. Worst ever.

    service is ok, rooms and hallways smell weed pool water is not clean, pool area very cold, water is warm , hot tub water doesn't look right, foggy and dark. my kids swam for 5 minutes only big disappointment. we couldn't wait to leave.
