Outstanding property. We have stayed here twice and have been thoroughly pleased each time. Thank you to Erica and Julia for their "over the top" hospitality. The rooms are great, the common areas beautiful and the location perfect....just off the highway, but far enough away to be a quiet location. Have stayed in over a half dozen other places throughout the years in this area. When we return to visit family in the area, this is now our "go-to" lodging choice. Thank you!!!

I want to take a moment to recognize Niecy at the front desk of the Garden Inn by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, her professionalism, patience, and genuine care stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, and it truly made my stay more comfortable and stress-free.
The hotel itself was an awesome place to stay — very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. The bartender was amazing, and the rest of the staff I interacted with were just as friendly and on point.
This entire team deserves recognition for the way they treat their guests. I hope management knows how valuable they all are. Outstanding customer service across the board.

I have experience in traveling and for the first time all the photos and the description of the hotel really correspond to all the declared parameters, there are no pitfalls, no pitfalls. A very pleasant surprise was that we ordered an extra bed and the hotel immediately provided it and this was free of charge (although other hotels charge an additional fee). We arrived on November 28 late in the evening and an extremely pleasant European-looking girl with black hair was working. She greeted us as politely as possible, explained everything and thereby created an extremely pleasant impression of the hotel, which we really liked, because it was our first time at your place and we did not expect such service. But on November 29 in the morning during breakfast we were met at the reception by a completely different person, a dark-skinned young girl who did not have the patience to serve, listen and answered rudely, which immediately discouraged us from contacting the administration. Without answering our inquiries, we noticed that she also responded rudely to your other clients. She has no place to represent your wonderful hotel because she doesn't know how to communicate with people, she's rude, and it gives the impression that she's here temporarily...such employees are harming your business. In general, the hotel is really new, the rooms and equipment in the rooms are new, I was impressed by the cleanliness and novelty of the plumbing in the rooms, all the taps work, all the switches work, all the lamps are in place, there is a coffee machine in the room and everything you need for it, as well as an iron and ironing board. The beds are moderately soft and comfortable. In each room there is a large TV with free channels. The cleaners are polite and reliable. The breakfasts are very hearty and pleasantly surprised with the assortment, I don't understand why no one wrote about this in the reviews. Also, the woman and man who serve breakfast in the morning are real professionals. The territory is quiet and in the morning you can enjoy the silence. There are quite a few parking spaces and they are conveniently located. There are restaurants and shops 10 minutes by car, for example Stop Shop. Prices are moderate for this level, I recommend it, I recommend booking rooms with breakfast right away. For entertainment nearby, you can go to Boston. In general, I recommend an excellent choice for this money.
