I booked this hotel on the app for Jun 2026 selecting the Hilton honors discount rate. Not one of the two below it that said nonrefundable. Imagine my surprise when my card was charged in full the next day. Apparently in small print at checkout it states nonrefundable. The manager refused to cancel and refund as it is an event weekend. Another surprise for me. 8 months away they can easily resell the room and probably for more money but will not budge. Must not think much of their hotel. Long term Hilton Honors member no more.

Everything was horrible from the beginning. The staff was horribly rude and hostile and gave me rude looks from the beginning. They didn’t offer me my free water bottles for my hilton honer member and i’ve never had to ask before. she treated me different because i was younger and she was ageist. the manager linda was just as bad and just as hostile. she’s unprofessional and should not be allowed to work there anymore. i can’t believe the staff and service at this place, trust me you’ll never see me there or at a hampton inn again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

soon as i arrived was lied to about the times about breakfast, very unwelcoming and made me very uncomfortable, felt targeted because of my age, thinking i wouldn’t be able to pay my own room. the parking was terrible, people just parked wherever they wanted. People around us were very noisy and nothing was done about it. overall terrible experience
