    I just recently had a corporate meeting at this location and the staff is phenomenal. We inadvertently booked the wrong size room and when we told them we needed a bigger room they were very accommodating and got everything situated and changed over to another room in a matter of minutes. I really want to thank Claudia, Holly, and Samantha along with the rest of their team for being so flexible and getting us where we need to be, if you're looking for a place to have a function, I highly recommend the Hilton in Burlington, you won't be disappointed.

    DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! I never write bad reviews for business but when they didn't fix the issue and also stated they will refund and don't respond to any calls or emails I have no choice but to warn others. I stayed at this hotel from friday to sunday. Oct 17-19 2025. When i arrived for check in at 12am I went into my room and it smell like sweat and onions. They said there were no other rooms at night because it was all booked out so come back in the morning and switch to another room. Got the 2nd room in the morning moved everything over and went out right away for the day. Come back at 11:30pm saturday to find out there were NO BLINDS for the windows. everything was see thru and 0 privacy. Rooms were full of flies and spiders because there were also no SHOWER CURTAINS. Everything was moist in the bathroom and no tissue either. BOTH ROOM WERE NOT READY TO BE STAYED IN. I go speak to the front desk she tells me on a SATURDAY NIGHT AT 12AM MIDNIGHT, IF I DON'T LIKE MY STAY I SHOULD CHECK OUT AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL WHEN EVERY HOTEL IS BOOKED. ALSO THE MONEY WOULDN'T BE REFUNDED BACK EITHER. I was livid. We went back and forth and after she heard all of my concerns she agreed that it wasnt right and will comp my entire stay when the manager comes in the morning because only she has access to do it in the system. I agreed and came back next morning. New person at the front desk refuse to let me speak to the manager. all she said was call back monday. i live 5 hours away so i have no choice but to leave. I've been calling for a week and the phone will only ring no one will pick up. I've emailed DEMETRIA LUND assistant general manager as well as their company email. no response. Horrible customer service and promised a refund but once you leave they forget about you and forget about the issue. Money is one thing but no one has reached out about the concerns. IMAGINE SLEEPING WITH YOUR WIFE IN A HOTEL AND THE WINDOWS ARE WIDE OPEN FOR SOMEONE TO SEE THROUGH BECAUSE THERE ARE NO BLINDS OR PRIVACY. UNACCEPTABLE HOTEL SERVICES FROM HILTON. If I wanted a shitty hotel like this i couldve just stayed at a motel 6. charging $300 a night for a stay like this is insane. please do yourself a favor and DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL

    I booked a room with 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Burlington through Expedia. However, when I arrived to check in, the receptionist informed me that the room I booked was not available, and I was moved to a room with 2 Queen Beds instead. I raised the issue with the manager, but she said it was not the hotel’s responsibility because I booked through a third-party site. I was very disappointed with this response. Regardless of where a guest books, the hotel should honor the confirmed room type or offer a fair solution when it’s not available. This experience was not what I expected from a Hilton property.
