I came the weekend with my family. My brother & cousin got stuck in the elevator..fire department had to come. Rooms aren’t horrible, but water pressure of shower wasn’t the best, & bathroom door wouldn’t properly shut. We had to put our towels & trash outside the door for it to be cleaned up. There is a breakfast which is neat and taste good. The pool was nice and warm. Beds are comfortable.

We stay at many Hilton locations as loyal Hilton Honors Members, but this stay truly stood out. For a newer property, the level of professionalism, energy, and genuine warmth from your staff was exceptional. Even during a busy holiday weekend, every team member greeted guests with smiles, positivity, and a willingness to go above and beyond.
We want to make sure the following staff members receive special recognition for the impact they made on our stay:
Yolanda
Teara
Maine
Dayveon
Kelvin
GM Tanauche
Each one of them demonstrated remarkable hospitality, patience, and enthusiasm. Their teamwork and dedication made our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. It’s rare to see such consistent excellence across an entire staff, especially during peak travel times.
Please extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to your team. They represented Hilton with pride and professionalism, and we are truly grateful.
We look forward to returning in the future and will happily recommend this location to others.
Warm regards,
The Boyce Family

Even if you do self check in the app you still need to go the front desk upon arrival , and never got a keyless key, from the app. First the king room is like a box very small, I told front desk downstairs fridge wasn’t working they never bother to send another fridge or ask maintenance to come look at it, the young guy there just said I’ll let management know. I was with. Baby I need to keep his milk store in the fridge, good thing I had a cooler and was only there for one night, also no microwave in the room you have to go downstairs to heat up food etc, The walls are very thin I could hear the people next door and across from us. Also housekeeping just randomly tried to open my door at 10am even with the sign saying do not disturb, check out was at 12pm. Thank God I had the safety deadbolt lock. I won’t be returning this was one of the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Breakfast was just ok, pancake machine wasn’t working. But the breakfast lady was extremely nice.

I checked in online and had to choose my room without seeing a floor plan because there isn’t one online. Then I requested a digital key that I never got. When we arrived and I realized our room was right next to the elevator and the size of a shoebox I asked if there were any upgraded rooms available for diamond members and was told they were sold out by a snippy and dismissive employee. Staying in that shoebox we discovered the TV did not work and there was some kind of gritty black stuff in the sink. We were too exhausted to deal with it that night and in the morning we discovered the refrigerator had frozen the food we put in it the night before. Also, the chain was broken on the window shade and the smell of cigarettes was wafting through the heating system. It should be noted that the place was very quiet and we were fairly certain it was not sold out. We had a full day booked the next day so, on our way out, I went to the desk, listed the problems with the room and was assured all would be well when we returned. Upon our return, nothing had changed and I was told the grit in the sink was a known problem that could not be corrected. Now, the more helpful employee of the day offered to give me a different room. So, after another full day, exhausted we hauled our stuff to a different room across the hall. Can I tell you we thought we had entered a parallel universe. This room was at least 50% bigger. It was cleaner. The TV worked. The blinds worked. There was no cigarette smell. It was glorious. So, all this to say. Look at the room before you commit to the stay because you don’t know if you will be sleeping with Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde.
