    Booked for 2 nights. I’ve been here multiple times and have never dealt with any complaints until TODAY. We literally got here yesterday. Been here all day just for them to suddenly start bothering us TODAY at 3:30PM claiming “people are complaining about someone smoking” in OUR ROOM which is false. I know the policy because again I’ve been here MULTIPLE times. Two different men came into here claiming they needed to check the AC unit then the front desk man came in here literally 2 mins after. If we were supposedly smoking in the ROOM where there is a smoke detector, why didn’t it go off??? I see why they have a 3 star review and after today they will no longer have my business. I literally have asthma so how and why would I be smoking? Making up these things but someone has literally been DRILLING and BANGING either above us or next to us since 9am! If I could give zero stars I seriously would. They ruined my whole stay and mood.

    Under renovation which wasn’t disclosed, unprofessional front desk staff, homeless people lurking outside, etc. I’ve stayed at Bates Motel type of hotels and this was the worst yet!

    I went there on a work trip I through the booking app normally when you go through the apps it so you don’t have deal with the extra hassle .I booked a hotel room for November fourth and the 5th . I came to early which I seen . Check was in was 3 pm the lady was very rude and was more interested in giving me a hard time this was at 3 am I don’t think anyone gunna show up some place at 3 am expecting to have a hard time for something that was paid for normally it’s I.D. Checks or confirmation number . As I first walked in the lady already told me that they don’t rent rooms at this time . Not knowing I paid for the room I came back later that day called also they said I can come everything's fine they asked me for an additional 60$ in order for me to stay . Which is crazy after my room was already paid for I paid. 160.85 $ just to not even be able to sleep I had to cops called on me when your having issues it’s the people behind the desk you need to talk maybe customer service skills needs to be talked about there but that was not ok at all they said they would refund me still waiting . Normally when you tell people your calling the cops “ criminals at that . They leave I paid my money they denied me then try to pocket an extra 60 when it was time for me to check in . I did this through the booking app but when their is an issue it’s the hotel you have to talk to it’s their number that’s given so that being said they just didn’t wanna do their job. And what happen was not ok I came here from another state for work .

    I called the Holiday Inn in Brockton in advance because I was arriving after midnight and needed to confirm whether any rooms were available. Instead of the courteous customer service you’d expect from a major hotel chain, I was met with a shockingly rude representative who bluntly told me there were no rooms available — and then hung up on me before I could even respond or ask another question. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any hospitality business, let alone one operating under the Holiday Inn name. I wasn’t asking for special treatment — just basic respect and clear communication. I will never book with this hotel again, and I strongly advise anyone expecting decent service to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that actually understand what “hospitality” means.
