The front desk staff greeted me warmly with a smile, handled everything efficiently, and made me feel welcome right away. The lobby was clean and inviting, setting the tone for a comfortable stay. Even offered me cookies, mmm so good.
The room itself was spotless and well-prepared with all the essentials I needed. While the décor looked a little dated, it seems they are actively working on updating the rooms, which is encouraging. The quiet atmosphere and fresh linens still made it easy to relax after a long day.
Breakfast in the morning was another highlight—fresh options, a well-stocked buffet, and staff who kept everything tidy and replenished. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in creating a stress-free, guest-focused environment.

It was like nightmare on Elm st. The room was super out dated. The front desk in the morning was so rude and breakfast was awful
