I absolutely hated this hotel. First of all our door was not locking properly and we would have stand and wait for someone to come and fix the door. Even after fixing it it started to lock but eventually started to continue not locking properly. It was very annoying and besides that the hotel was very unsanitary

I thought this place was good for the price. The hot tub was broken as of December 2025, but the pool was kept warm, so that was good enough for me.

This hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation, and is currently far below Hampton Inn quality standards. Carpets smelled moldy. The temperature control in our room did not work, and both our room and the common area were very warm and humid. The staff offered to move us to another room, but that room also had issues. After finding a roach in the bathroom, we checked out and found another hotel.

Our family has stayed at Hampton Inn - Boston Braintree, MA on many occasions. It’s near multiple attractions we normally visit, but it’s in a quiet corner so we can enjoy our rest after all the excitement. The price is reasonable. The hotel is clean and the staff is great. Our most recent stay was on Saturday 12/6/2025 and the lady who helped us with check-in on that afternoon is the best! I forgot to ask for her name, but she has been so helpful and friendly and considerate. We had 4 different room reservations but once she realized that we were together, she arranged for our rooms to be close together, before we even asked. She is definitely a testament to excellent service!

As a Gold member almost at Diamond, this has got to be the worst location of the 18 states I’ve traveled to this year, Stephany at the desk is not cut out for it, attitude is unnecessary, I don’t want to have an ego battle at the desk because you hold some kind of power over my room, it’s not that serious, I asked her to run the card on file which I always do and had the card in my hand,she said no, so I checked in on my phone, Her exact words were “then you can wait for your phone key” , quite unnecessary , after I checked in I asked for a room key just in case the phone key didn’t work , which has happened, she said no, her ego goal was to make me run my card , I have nothing to say about the room, I slept really good, but the desk person made me not want to ever stay here again, I’ll just do another Hilton hotel or skip this town in its entirety . please look into this so you guys don’t lose loyal customer’s 👍
