Took more than an hour to get towels. Waiting to go to bed and wet. Naked and afraid. Send help… or towels :(

I usually do not write reviews for hotels, but felt like I had to for this one. I do not recommend staying here, unless it is for one night and you don't have other options.
The gym was small but nicely equipped. The was no water bottle on the water dispenser. The staff were talked to were pleasant and tried to be helpful. The rooms were fairly clean. The sheets and towels were soft and had a very gentle clean smell. No bed bugs, but there was at least one cockroach running around the kitchen area around the sides of the dishwasher. The soap and conditioner were out. In the morning we found out it was the same for many other guests.
The most disappointing issue was the morning breakfast. They kept running out of utensils. I was waiting with about 10 others and let them know they were out. The staff only brought out one spoon, two forks and a knife. He said that was all he had at the moment. My friend when down for breakfast shortly after and they also ran out milk, fruit, eggs and several other items. He asked if they had more milk and they said yes and took off. He waited for almost 10mins, then asked the same staff again about the milk and was told it was out. Most all the guests at the morning breakfast time were complaining about something.
So it would be tolerable for a one night stay, but not multiple nights.
But maybe ask for a room on a lower floor as the elevator stopped working when we were there too.

Disappointed. Not a cheap price to pay for a suite for 4 people that comes with 3 towels, and no pillows for the sofa bed. Staff were unhelpful and said there were no extra pillows available in the hotel and the last 2 extra blankets had just been given out. When I said I’m 8 months pregnant and can’t sleep flat they offered some sheets to roll up. I ended up taking the throw pillows from the hotel lobby couches so my kids could each have a pillow and I could prop myself up a little bit. The room door has very visible dirt on it that needs to be cleaned. Not super impressed so far and it’s just our first night.
