The pool hasn't worked the entire stay and apparently has been in ill repair for months with no mention on their website when you go to book a room. The first room I was in smelt like mold and rotten milk. As someone who stays in Hilton over 100 nights a year this is not acceptable for this brand at all

Literally the worst selection out of every Hilton hotel I've stayed at. Today? NO BREAKFAST NO COFFEE due to staff issues. THEY DON'T EVEN OFFER A CREDIT BACK nor a credit on their partner GrubHub to order something. Very unprofessional. LiveTV options are barely viewable with the majority of the channels stating they're offline. PROS The location is in a quiet area, very private. My room is very nice, with expected wear from the constant flow of humans (like paint chips in some corners). Bed is comfy. Furniture is lovely. The bath was perfect for a cold night. Lobby and halls are fine as well. Front desk staff last night, he was so kind and accommodating.
