Everything in the room worked and seemed to be taken care of. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was very busy and a bit difficult to navigate given how crowded it was, but that's not the hotels fault.

Before booking, I confirmed that the hotel provides breakfast to go bags, and the staff also confirmed this again when I checked in. However, on the morning I requested one (a Monday, Columbus Day), the night auditor told me they only offer them on weekends. When I walked away with my child, he even shouted after me, asking what I wanted very unprofessional behavior. Additionally, we repeatedly requested to have our garbage bags replaced each time housekeeping came, but this was only done correctly on our last night thanks to Sandra, who finally understood and addressed our request. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were excellent proactive, professional, and friendly. They greeted every guest warmly in the morning. They were truly the best part of our stay.
