Room was great, I forgot my hat in the room and was very happy to see the front desk worker sent me a text about it. I asked if they could bill the usps to the room to ship it to me. I was told the third party company that wanted to charge me the same amount the hat cost ($30) to ship the hat to me. There are no other options. As an honors member, you’d assume they would go above and beyond to assist you in situations like this. Nope…. I was told if I’m in the area within 90 days they’d keep that hat for me. I was honestly shocked with that response. I received an email from Hilton asking me about my stay and that’s what brought me here to leave my review. Triple check your room before you leave. Glad I didn’t leave my laptop to be strong armed to pay for a ridiculous shipping cost….
(This was 100% my fault as I was trying to get my two year old ready to leave the hotel so I will take ownership on that).
I’m just frustrated at the responses from the hotel management as I spent $659 for two nights and they can’t simply ship a hat to me for the going rate usps…..
Our team had 10-12 rooms rented this weekend at hotel.

pre tldr: used/dirty towels, stains on bedsheet, bathroom smelled like urine, tv didnt work, unhelpful/unresponsive staff
Disappointed that I have to write this review publically. I've stayed at close to a hundred Hiltons over the years (almost exclusively Hilton) and most of them have been great stays. Admittedly there have been some not-so-great ones, but it's almost always been rectified or followed up by . This is only the second time I brought my concerns up to hotel staff and haven't had any adequate follow-up.
The room I checked into smelled like urine, with the bathroom in particular smelling strongly of it. I went to the front desk about this and was handed a spray bottle of Clorox to help with the smell.
After going to town with the Clorox in the bathroom, I then found that 3 of the towels in that room were dirty and not changed. One of the mini wash cloth towels had makeup/lipstick, and two of the big towels had small yellow stains on that smelled bad. My bed sheet had strange stains on it as well around the top part of the bed. I have pictures of all these.
To top it all off the TV in my room didn't work - I tried troubleshooting as per front desk instructions but it wasn't resolved. I was there for one night in the middle of a long week of business travel so I wasn't too fussed.
I checked out about two weeks ago and brought all of this up to the front desk, and, again, have not heard back from the GM or any other staff.
If you're in the area, you're going to be in much better hands at the Embassy Suites a few minutes away.
