    Great location, Suites have everything you need, complimentary breakfast offered variety of choices. The staff were all wonderful especially Rafael who was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Parking in garage included with stay. We definitely will come back.

    Second time staying at this hotel while travelling for work (and leisure!). Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the free breakfast has a great selection, and it is easy to catch the bus into Harvard Square from just across the road (with further connections to the Boston area). Check-in was straight forward, which I appreciated after having a long travel day from Scotland, and I was able to leave bags after early check-out. Thank you to the Hilton team at this location!

    I had a comfortable stay at Homewood Suites Arlington Cambridge by Hilton. The location is quiet and just one bus ride away from Cambridge. The staff were generally very nice and helpful, especially the manager on duty and the receptionist around noon on October 24 — both were very accommodating. However, I had a disappointing experience with Danielle, the lady who manages housekeeping. I asked for her help with an issue, and she refused, but thankfully her staff assisted me and the problem was solved in a way that made everyone happy. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay!

    This hotel is very clean with very spacious rooms. If you have an extended stay, the full size refrigerator and the stove top is a great plus! Our stay was made perfect by an outstanding service we got from Melvin Torres. This will be our go to spot when we visit Cambridge. Thanks again Melvin!! We will see you soon!

    The room and hallways were dirty. There was the same garbage on the floor outside of my door for the 3 days I was there. When I told them about it they said they would take care but I wonder why I had to tell them the same garbage was never vacuumed up. Also, there was hair on bathroom floor not mine and makeup on the floor in the room never picked up. I left it as I did not want to touch someone’s lipstick. Staff non responsive as well
