  PHENOMENAL! AMAZING! PERFECT! I had the luxury of staying at the Homewood Suites Andover with my two children for a swim meet the week/weekend of December 18th. Our stay was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived the check-in process was seamless, thanks to the incredibly warm and welcoming front desk team! Our room was immaculate, spacious, and wonderfully comfortable! It had everything my children and I needed to be fully prepared for the long “swim meet weekend.” The highlight however was the Exceptional World Class Customer Service! The staff went above and beyond to say the least. To start, they opened breakfast early without having to ask. This was HUGE! In conversation at the welcome, I shared the crazy schedule. They listened and took it upon themselves to open breakfast early for us and others. I know we were not the only swimmers and know for sure other members from our team were so thankful! This was just one thing, there were so many great things they did! And friendly! They were not only friendly to me but also my kids! 100% Class Acts! I do not think you can find a more friendly, kind, professional but warm and caring staff than at the Homewood Suites Andover. From the GM, to the Front Desk, to Housekeeping, the maintenance staff, everyone at this hotel is SO KIND, FRIENDLY, and provided World Class Customer Service the entire stay! I stay at a lot of hotels for business travel, sporting events, leisure, you name it. This hotel takes the cake by far for the best Customer Service! It does not get any better! Fenil, Tai, Estefani, housekeeping, the breakfast staff, Lou, and the ladies who were incredibly kind at 2:30am when I needed an ice pack, THANK YOU! You all are amazing! You made our stay SO EASY, PEACEFUL, and PERFECT! Thank you for going above and beyond! Thank you for the perfect spacious room! Thank you for early breakfast and extra towels! Thank you for just being kind and providing World Class Customer Service! This is the PERFECT hotel for sporting events, especially swim meets! Aside from the hotel and staff being perfect, the location is perfect! It is close to several different restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc. Anything you need it is a very short drive with several options all around. There are also a few excellent restaurants within walking distance. LOOK NO FURTHER! Whether it’s for business, leisure or kids sports, this is absolutely the place to be and stay!   I stayed here for 19 nights for a work trip. My entire stay was perfect. I was by myself and I stayed in a 1 bed king studio suite. The room was very clean when I arrived, all the furnishings and appliances were clean and in great condition. The mini kitchen had everything I needed for an extended stay, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, stovetop, dishes, pans, etc. Housekeeping automatically cleaned my room every other day, which was perfect. On cleaning days, my room was always cleaned before 4:30. I used the onsite laundromat twice, the machines were older, but worked perfectly. The free breakfast was very good; waffles, eggs, bagels, sausage, coffee and juice. The lady that works the breakfast on weekday mornings was extremely nice and did a fantastic job. The hotel is a little off the main road and it was very quiet.I am very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay there again.

  Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was mostly quiet. However, you can hear everything that happens in the room above you, whether that be vacuuming or 8am Sunday morning sex. Plan accordingly.
