Our week long stay started off on a good note and after a few hiccups, it also ended on a great note!
Gaby, the nice young lady who checked us in, was a sheer delight. After our long overnight commute from Ohio, she was just what the doctor ordered. Her smile, professionalism, caring nature and attention to detail was everything. She even checked on us the next day to ensure everything was going well for us.
Unfortunately things got a little bumpy after that. We were reluctant to share our unpleasant experiences, but felt compelled to do so. The hotel supervisor, Nirsine, (in the midst of her busy schedule) addressed the issues in record time. We were very impressed with her leadership, her calmness and her gentle, but stern approach communicating with staff, not so much in what she said, but rather in her ability to lead by example.
Nirsine's empathy, her actions and rapid attention to the matter turned an otherwise daunting experience into a very pleasant outcome. She not only intervened in the situations, she showed us the importance of providing feedback to management for an opportunity to use our experience as a teachable moment.
We are looking forward to returning sometime in the near future.
Sincerely,
Satisified and grateful guest

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my family was comfortable. Although I would note the fold out couch was as hard as a rock and the description for the suite I booked stated the bedroom was "separated with a privacy divider" from the living space and it was not. It's more like an open alcove which would be good to know if you planned to have a family in the space. There's a lovely pool and spa with a nice buffet for breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Plenty of free parking

Be aware that many of the doors to the rooms don’t latch close, make sure to pull tight and secure when entering and leaving. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Alerted the front desk of graffiti in room and they responded promptly and took care of it. However when they left they didn’t latch the door, when we got back from our outing the door was open. Complained to front desk and they said they would have maintenance look at it. I did notice other doors on the floor also looked slightly open, so just make sure you secure door. They supply 2 bottles of water and replenish each cleaning, hot oatmeal chocolate chip cookie on arrival was very good.

Joey Grieve (guest service manager) made our stay very unpleasant. There were a group of under age boys drinking at the bar when a big group of us showed up after the wedding which we thought was strange. We knew they were underage because they told us and never showed ID
We had a 20 room wedding block and we had maybe 10 of us in a suite, lightly celebrating our newly weds when the bartender came and knocked on our door, why the bartender idk. He asked us to be quiet or let him come in and “drink with the girls” in Spanish
We said well keep it down
Maybe 15 mins later he knocked again this time with Joey Grieve, to tell us everyone needs to go back to their rooms or go to the lobby. We told them we paid a lot of money for the suite let alone 20 rooms to be near each other to avoid conflicts w other guests. They didn’t group the wedding party together.
They called the police, and by the time they got here everyone was gone to bed anyway. 3 of us were up, no music and 4, yes 4 Andover cops told us we need to leave the hotel property because joey claimed we “disrespected a staff?” and can pickup our stuff in the morning. It was 3:30am and we don’t live near. They let themselves in and then walked us out and watched us leave in an uber.
Still bewildered that a hotel would do that to their guests. Not the place I’d ever want to stay again with Joey in charge of “Guest services”

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude and completely unprofessional. The bartender acted like serving drinks was a burden, rolled their eyes at simple requests, and messed up our order twice. The waitress wasn’t any better—she ignored our table for nearly 30 minutes and had an attitude when we asked for basic things like silverware and napkins.
As for the food, it was absolutely terrible. Everything tasted old, overcooked, and bland. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about quality or customer service. To make it worse, when we politely mentioned the issues, we were met with even more disrespect and sarcasm.
To make matters worse, the nighttime manager was absolutely useless. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he allowed his bartenders to treat customers like garbage and even joined in on the disrespect. Totally unacceptable.
Save yourself the frustration and money—there are plenty of other places that actually care about their guests. This hotel was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
