The staff was fantastic but extremely short. In turn leaving the staff tired and frustrated also over worked and cranky. We're starting to see a shift at Hilton brand. Many of their long term staff is burnt out. Not able to give the level of service they once did because of staffing cuts. Their verbal I all areas. Housekeeping, front desk, restaurant etc. One bar tender with a full bar with drinks and food. It was hard to watch and every time we ate on sight our meals were a couple hours long because the staff could not handle the amount of guests. Our was frustrating and dissapointing. Hoping hilton will get back to it's customers. Otherwise we'll seek alternatives moving forward with many nights stayed over the year.

Overpriced. Not worth it at all. The AC was very loud and annoying. The toilet seat was dirty. The sink was also dirty. After sleeping, the next day there were itchy rashes on my body; it may have been from the lotion or smth. The breakfast wasn’t great either. Service was mid.

Went there for a corporate event and the service was great. Location was reasonably convenient with plenty of parking and the function area used was nicely laid out.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice before and though my experience both times were fine, I still prefer Marriott. Please note that both stays were paid by a company I work for so I cannot speak on the price of my stays. I also did not have the ability to select a specific room.
The rooms were nothing to write home about but they also weren’t bad by any means. I was very surprised that there wasn’t a microwave in either room I stayed in. The rooms I stayed in also didn’t have the greatest bathroom layout as the sink/mirror were outside the bathroom in a carpeted area.. though I’m sure that could be a bonus for couples or families.
The service was pleasant and check in was fast. I was very impressed that they had allergy friendly complimentary cookies available. While the cookies themselves sucked, then even being an option was nice.
This location isn’t super close to any chain shopping or restaurant so if you’re looking for familiar places, you’ll have to hop on the highway.
