Being under the Hilton name, I expected much better! The entire place is very dated, needs a serious deep clean, and is way overpriced. I am a HH member and typically look for a Hilton when I travel, but the Hilton chain has really lost its luster. This location is a prime example. There are horrible stains ALL OVER the carpet throughout the hallways. The furniture in my room was also extremely stained. One of my pillows had yellow stains all over it, and needs to be thrown away. Disgusting! Everything is outdated throughout the entire hotel. However, the poor quality was not reflected by the high price tag for a room. Additionally, a box of peanut M&Ms from the lobby area was $4!!!! Breakfast is also not complimentary! Even cheap hotels offer some sort of breakfast for free. There were no USB ports anywhere in my room to charge my phone, so I had to go out and buy a charger. Seriously, even roach motels have USB ports in their rooms these days! The in room coffee maker did not work, so, again, I had to go out into town to find coffee. The air conditioner unit rattled so loudly the entire night that I had to turn it completely off and barely got any sleep. So much for a relaxing stay in my room for the weekend! Shame on Hilton and the owner for allowing this place to be so run down. Do better, or shut it down! I ended up needing an additional night's stay, but I chose to go to another hotel, rather than staying at this place for another night. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this place!
Room had a bad smell, Carpet was old and seemed slightly humid (feet felt wierd or humid after walking on the carpet barefoot for a few mins because i left my slippers at home). Tub had a little rust, also had some slight discoloration on the floor of the tub. Bottom cover of A/C was missing. Breakfast was fine. Front desk lady was nice. Turn down service is not everyday. I would not book this hotel again because the room smell and tub quality just isn't worth it. I was told they are awaiting renovations. The should be charging "awaiting renovations prices". Luckily, I had a discounted conference rate and even that wasnt worth it. This was the quality of a 1-2 star hotel $80/night room.

I generally don’t have sensitive skin, but I definitely developed contact dermatitis from something in that hotel room. It went away as soon as I left. That alone ruined my stay not to mention the brown water, rusty, bathtubs, and filthy carpeting. I generally trust the Hilton name, but this didn’t seem to meet their typical standards.

My husband & I travel every week for his work. We love Hilton & we love the Garden Inn chain. However, this was the first time that we have ever checked in and then immediately checked out. The lack of cleanliness was repulsive. The tub, toilet, tables, carpet, and furniture were all filthy and outdated. We ended up staying at the Home2 next door to this hotel, and it was unbelievably clean and it even cost less. When I asked the lady at the check-in desk if this was a normal occurrence, she said she hears the same story all the time. I will say, they didn’t question us leaving immediately, and they gave us a full refund.

Do not recommend this hotel or any Hilton/Hampton property. I’m paying over $300+ per night, and they can’t even provide a complimentary breakfast. When I went down to the lobby, I found out the breakfast buffet was $15 — for something that’s included for free at most other hotels.
As a professional K-9 handler who travels all over the United States, I’ve stayed in many hotels — especially Marriott properties — that offer full complimentary breakfasts with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles, juice, coffee, and milk all included for much lower nightly rates.
To make things worse, the room was not clean — the tub had rust spots, the carpet was stained and sticky, the blankets had visible stains, and the furniture was dirty, with old, chewed-up desks and worn-out surfaces. For the price being charged, everything should be immaculate, yet it’s far from it.
Honestly, the condition and quality of this room feel more like a $75-a-night hotel, not $300+. This is the quality of a cheaper hotel like Days Inn, Red Roof, or Motel 6. But at least they provide a free Continental Breakfast. So your better off to stay in one of the above before wasting your money here for what you think should be a nicer hotel.
Absolutely garbage. Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Total disappointment.
