    We travel for a swim competition we stayed for 2 days friendly staff very clean spotless breakfast area good breakfast variety will stay here again for sure !!!

    When I saw my room was missing a chair, I spoke with the front desk lady and she brought a chair to the room quickly. I’m a Hilton Gold Member and normally stay at better Hiltons. Room 129 has an ant problem with tiny ants crawling ants crawling all over the night stand. The ladies (2) offered to spray insecticide in my room but I declined. They made note of the problem. I picked this room but it faces the interstate which is loud. So stay in the rooms closest to the lobby or elevator jnstead of the rooms near the end of the halway like Rooms 129-132 if possible. The hotel has a huge transformer station right next to it that’s an eyesore but the one (parking lot) side is nice. No alarm clock in the room. Small narrow fridge. A Man was seating in the back of his truck in the parking lot barefoot drinking beer “people watching” 6:30-7:30pm. There isn’t a garbage bin by the parking lot nor by the back door. Paper towels in lobby ladie’s room were jammed up and the front desk lady seemed to already know that and not care. No one answers when u call the front desk… you can let it ring forever. The clock wasn’t set on the microwave. Clean tidy room other than the ants and 2 spiders.

    The absolute best was the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to be service-minded, regardless if it was in the reception area or while serving breakfast. The updated hotel areas are light and open, and our room had a good-sized bathroom with plenty of counter space. The breakfast area was in good order, and the employees worked diligently to keep food items full. The location was convenient. Easy walk to dining options, and we felt safe with parking on the property. Crisp clean rooms and modern conveniences like fast wifi and streaming TV let us be productive at work or refreshed for downtime. We will definitely come back and recommend it to others.

    There was a Band-Aid in the shower, which is disgusting, but it was so hot when I got in, I just went to sleep. The following morning, I was woken up early by the sound of the cleaner in the next room banging stuff around. When I complained, a staff member, Jenifer, told me Kathleen had to approve any reimbursement. She texted me at 3:28. I texted them back at 3:35, got another message from Jenifer saying Kathleen wasn't in anymore, so I had to wait. They called and woke me up the next day, and Kathleen was arguing with and trying to gaslight me about her cleaner not waking me up, and it was so weird because why are we having this back and forth? You work in customer service! I'm really unhappy with my experience. Take your money to Mulberry, it's cheaper, cleaner, and the staff is much more professional. A person from upper management gave me a partial refund for the first night I slept there due to my inconvenience. The attempted resolution was appreciated, especially since the room was disgusting, and the terrible encounter I had with the manager from this location. I just adjusted the service stars from 1 to 3 stars because they did try to meet me in the middle with the partial refund, and I do think J is quite nice.

    All the staff at this location are truly amazing people. I traveled with my mother to meet up with family she has not seen in years as well as family she was recently united with for the first time in her life at the age of 78. They provided support in getting us a comodations that supported her abilities, and they were kind and compassionate. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh made. They were supportive of us and gave us direction to amazing places to eat. If we drive back through, this is the place we will stay. Thank you to everyone that works there. You made it amazing for us. I am grateful. Highly recommend this hotel and their staff!
