When I got to my room, it was 62°, with the air conditioning running. It was about 40° outside! I had crumbs on my night table and my bed was covered with white dog hair! I don't even own a dog or any pet for that matter! I was wearing black pants. I felt the entire Hotel was not kept clean and there were people smoking weed in the parking lots like it was just no big deal! Needless to say I will never ever ever ever go back! A super terrible experience and clearly every person working there could careless!

I booked a suite at this hotel expecting to go to it once I made it in. However, while on my way to the hotel I see an email from the hotel saying my reservation was canceled. Not by me - by the night auditor working on the morning of December 12, 2025. I called inquiring about this and he said it was Hilton Policy to cancel any reservation that didn’t show up in the time frame THEY selected. I told him I was 15 min away and he said, you can come but you will have to pay again. I was baffled because I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and some I didn’t get there until the wee morning…but this night time auditor took it upon himself to cancel my reservation since I didn’t show up before his audit. I asked why didn’t he call as a courtesy to see if I was still on my way. He said he called but got no answer…which I know is a lie, because I have two phones with me at all times. I checked my call logs and there was no call from him. To make matters worse, I asked him for his name and he hung up on me. Pure disrespect. I believe he should be fired just for that alone. If he cannot handle talking with customers, then he is in the wrong business. Needless to say, this auditor had me hunting for a hotel room in the wee hours of the morning, stole the money that I used to reserve the room, and then hung up when I was asking him his name, as if I was just some peasant that was beneath him. NOT what I expected from a Hilton representative. I will be taking this further up the chain and will def steer clear of any Hiltons since they just take your money and cancel rooms as if people have money to just toss around. Shameful and disappointing to say the least.
