    After reading other reviews about this particular, Hampton, I was a bit hesitant to stay her I must admit. But I wasn’t really disappointed once I did. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, my friend, who has an obsession with towels, was supplied with an ample supply of towels . The bathroom was clean, the tub. Well it had. I don’t know if it was dirt. but a permanent stain in the bottom of it, from what I don’t know. Maybe constant use? Who knows? And I did notice one odd thing when we left and returned to the room. My bed was made, but my friends bed was not, and my only assumption is that because she had a piece of luggage on the bed, and they didn’t want to move it so her bed wasn’t made I guess.? Other than that, I have no complaints the staff were friendly and attentive the breakfast well, could stand improvement, but other than that I enjoyed my stay!!

    They took 296.00 dollars as some kind of hold after I paid 346.00 dollars for two nights and said it would fall off in a few days. Five days later I am still waiting for my money.

    Mon Sep 22nd. The Caucasian lady that was working the front desk doesn't know what the heck she's doing. I booked through a third party and when it was time to pay my deposit she charged me for the room that was already paid for. Instead of her explaining that she did not know how to receive the funds from the 3rd party that already had my money. She just tells me she need a card on file with a $25 dollar hold. I get in my room and I realize my account was charged again for a room that was already paid for. I got back to the front desk to explain the situation and she has the I don't care attitude, and there is nothing I could do about it dismissal. What should have been a breeze check in process turned into another 30 to 40 minutes trying to get the situation resolved with the 3rd party site I booked with. After driving hours all day I run into this situation after already being exhausted. She could have communicated better what was going on on her end. Then I would have been able to give her a different resolution before having my card charged twice for a room that was already paid for. Very unprofessional. And then the room was musty because housekeeping left the heat on 74 degrees. In this 90 degree Southern heat. I do not recommend this location because they are not professional.
