- ATAnnetta Taylor5 days ago1.0Stay on two different occasions just to be disappointed. For starts breakfast isn't breakfast and there was no orange juice or cranberry juice both watered down. The front desk guy was doing everything from cleaning the rooms, laundry for the rooms, breakfast and operating the front desk very unsanitary for these to be going on. My receipts was attached to the wrong persons account and of course i lost my honors points witch I'm very upset about . Will not stay here again not professional at all. I see why we only saw two cars on our second stay here.
- BBB BDec 20, 20251.0Easily the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at. And I have had hilton status for 15+ years. The hallway was not heated. The heat in the rooms were off when we got there, so the rooms were 55 degrees. The “desk chair” was a stool. There was plenty of room for a chair. They just renovated this place as cheap as possible. The bath tub was permanently dirty and had and had visible dirt. The toilet was also dirty. There was a dead bug in the bathroom. The only positive was that the bed was actually fairly comfortable.
