The rooms are nice! We were actually excited to go to the presentation about the timeshares and at first we loved Kelley C. Who was the presenter of the main informational session, until we saw the price and honestly told her we couldn’t afford it at this time. After we said no she immediately became irate telling us we were “a huge waste of time” and telling us to just leave (which by the end of 3.5 hour presentation that we were told 2 hours- was a welcome release from her evil). You go into the presentation and she says no matter what we can be friends after today- wrong! Once you say no she turns into what I can only compare to a gremlin after coming into contact with water. seriously weird behavior especially after telling us we didn’t have to sign up for or agree to anything today. (Also the cheapest timeshare option required $1,500+ down at the time of signing up as well as yearly fees around $1,300+ and the monthly payment depending on which loan you take out for how many vacation points you want- if you can afford that every year and the down payment now that’s kudos to you)
I do want to shout of the front desk and security (especially Leroy) because they were so kind and welcome every time we walked in! We did notice that once we said no thank you to the timeshare after presentation, most of the staff ignored us on purpose.
Hotel itself is okay- no hot tub just a cold pool, no breakfast or amenities on site. Hilton better get to this one quick and get it flipped around or it’s not going to last very long.
Also the bathrooms on the first floor smell like literal rotting corpse (unknown if human or otherwise)

We had a wonderful stay in New Orleans at the Marquee! Leroy greeted us at the door, and he was both charming and attentive. You should know the garage will open when you drive up to it. We loved the concierge. I think her name was Marie. She recommended the VIP City tour, and it was fabulous. She also recommended Gentilly cake at Rouses and that is my new favorite birthday cake. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We want to give a shout out to Keshi O. The review we were told would take 30 minutes lasted 3 hours. We did not uograde, but we did learn a lot. Shout out to Randy who was a pleasant, informative good sport. We loved Superior Seafood and the frozen French 75. While nearly perfect, we do recommend the addition of a full length mirror for the ladies heading out to town. The trolleys were great. Download the app RT LePasse (again thank you Marie!) We will definitely return to the Marquee

Overall one of the best Bluegreen properties we have ever visited. Very unique inside and out. Loved the giant tv on the first floor to watch the Iron Bowl. Only negative is that the elevator doors close WAY too fast. We got smashed more than once during our stay.

We stayed in the presidential suite and really loved it. There are three rooms and 3 1/2 baths. Each room has its own en suite. The website said there was 1 king bed and 2 queens, but there are actually 2 kings and 1 queen. It worked out well. I will say that the floors are absolutely filthy. We spilled some water and when we cleaned it up with a towel, the towel came back black. Additionally, I have to wash my feet many times a day if I'm walking around barefoot because my feet get so black. It's really disgusting. Also, we had to move the couch because we dropped something and you could tell that the couch is basically never moved to clean underneath.
Finally, the pool has been closed our entire stay. I checked the website the day before we left and there was nothing on the website saying the pool would be closed.
The location is close enough to walk to nearly everything and for that reason can be noisy both in the room and out on the balcony.
Also, aside from the pool and a courtyard, the hotel doesn't offer anything else. A lot of bluegreen places will have a spa, a sauna, games, DVDs to borrow, etc. This one does not.
