Great location in the business district with lots of nearby restaurants and attractions. About a 25 minute walk to the French Quarter (or 10min drive).
Valet service was $50 a day.
Rooms were nice, but definitely lacking in storage space. In our two-bedroom suite with a king, bathroom and kitchenette, there were only TWO dresser drawers total, and they were small. Ok, four if you count the tiny nightstand drawer. The bathroom counter had hardly space for more than soap, toothbrush and a hand towel. Would be nice to have some more room or at least a shelf. Probably fine for a single individual here on business who doesn’t unpack their suitcase, but for 2+ people staying multiple nights, I found it difficult to stay organized with the lack of storage/shelves.
The beds were ok but definitely not great. And the sheets/blanket system was a mess; ten minutes into trying to sleep, the sheets became undone, exposing the mattress. It was super annoying to try to get covered with sheets and blankets that didn’t actually fit.
The pool was closed for at least two days, which was a bummer- something we were banking on.
However, the full-sized fridge and freezer was nice, as well as our large, comfortable sofa.
Breakfast and Wednesday reception were both EXCELLENT! Lots of variety and fresh food options.
Overall a very nice place. I just think they skimped on functionality in the rooms.

Good hotel in a great location. Very close walking distance to the Superdome, French Quarter and Jackson Square. I recommend booking a parking package through the hotel. The valet service is quick and professional. The front desk staff were all very friendly as well as the morning breakfast crew.
The room was very clean and well maintained. The elevator seemed to be a bit sketchy at times, but it did the job. Although we did not eat breakfast most days at the hotel, we did eat breakfast at the hotel our final morning. It wasn't great....and it wasn't bad! I would say it was probably a small step up from the usual hotel breakfast options and did the trick before our drive back home.
A local restaurant I would recommend that is within walking distance of the hotel is Willie May's NOLA for the famous fried chicken. The absolute BEST brunch restaurant is Atchafalaya in the garden district. It isn't really walking distance for a meal, but there is plenty of easy to find street parking around the restaurant.

11-8-25 UPDATE: Never received a call, never even received any compensatory offers.
Welp....we won't bother to come back here. Let me start by saying customer service is everything when you're traveling. Hilton normally sets themselves apart with a high level you can expect and find comfort in spending money on. Not here. And for whatever reason, Hilton charged us for the room a whole 48 hours before our check in date. Maybe that's a new policy..Moving on .
When we checked in Saturday night, I was told , "I didn't think you were a resident, I thought you just walked in and had a question." Isn't that a potential resident? Anyway after I established that we had a reservation , we were cool , that is until we got in the room. It was nice enough however when my wife went to take a shower, she was greeted with a nasty, used and very dirty washcloth and towel hanging in the shower. Imagine that greeting you face to face in the shower!! So we reported that to the front desk and the first solution we were offered was to send the towel manager a note and have housekeeping remove the dirty washcloths and towels. "Not the issue ," I said. "The issue is the room is supposed to be clean before a resident checks in, not after discovery." Then the manager offered to take half off of our room and some other fees which at the time seemed fair enough. After checking out and making it back home, we decided to check up on the status of our compensation, the manager said she was working on the list of people with complaints and we were in that list. Great. So I called back the next day to get a confirmation of the reduced amount and be sent a Guest folio. The same manager answered the phone and sent me the folio. Well only $50 dollars total was taken off of our stay. We trusted the manager on her word and she /Hilton did not come through on her own words. Majorly dissatisfied and disappointed. So we are now looking for another hotel chain to accommodate us on our getaways. It was great while it lasted Hilton. I don't like throwing away my Hilton Honors membership but our trust has been shaken.
