From the amazing staff (shout out to Ms. Trey, hospitality officer Ms. Sherry, and the wonderful manager Ben), to the convenient location and the amazing and sparkling clean rooms; I could not have picked a better location for my family reunion. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to New Orleans and make sure you grab a beer and shot at Ernst Cafe. This will save you some money before you head to the tourist trap prices of Bourbon St.

We arrived at 11:45 PM and from the beginning she was understanding of our needs and answered our questions and took care of everything for us once we got to our room we had an issue with one of the pillows. She made things right other than that it’s been such a great experience here we can’t wait to spend the next three days in this Property. Ashley has made our first night stay very greeting and very pleasant. I look forward for our experience here

They greeted me with genuine smiles, answered all my questions patiently, and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference and set the tone for a great experience. I would definitely stay here again because of the outstanding service at the front desk.

The food was good, but I would especially like to recognize our server, Paul. While I was busy caring for my child and managing our meal, Paul was consistently attentive to our table and offered help whenever needed. Thanks to his kindness and thoughtfulness, I was able to enjoy a comfortable breakfast with no stress. Paul’s warm and attentive service truly made our stay even more special and memorable.
- JJJCGDec 26, 20252.0We stay at this hotel one night, at the moment we arrived there was no space to park for check in. The street parking was full of cars from people that was going to the night club aroud the corner and the valet guy from hilton was busy making extra money parking their cars. I ask him where can i park and he told me across the street but that someone had to stay with the car. I had to unload the luggage accross the street, cars going very fast on the street and i was struggling with my kids and their luggage. When i ask the lady in the front desk if someone from the vallet can park my park this guy show up with an attitude, so i worry about my things that still in my truck and decide to park it myself in the parking two blocks away. Also one of the rooms i got smelled terrible.
