The reviews really speak for themselves. The staff was nice but unwilling to help with absolutely anything. The lobby looks nice but the rooms are below standard and outdated. First room had issue with heat and air system the maintenance guy who came was the best part of the stay by his honesty. Stay anywhere but here trust the reviews and the many of them

My experience was great. Everyone was nice, my room was clean, and though I am a woman who was traveling alone, I felt safe. I will be staying here again, hopefully in the near future!

This place has thieves! They will steal your belongings out of your room and when you report it they will refer you to an insurance company that won't respond to any inquiries. Please pick somewhere else to stay to avoid the headache. I hope this helps someone.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. I stayed here in August and my door DID NOT securely close. In less than 24 hours someone accessed my room and stole my belongings. I reported the incident and all they could do was send it over to their insurance company. The insurance company ghosted me for over 2 months and when they did respond they said they are not liable for this. If you want your stuff to be stolen you’re more than welcome to stay there. I’d share the video of my door not securely closing but this review board doesn’t allow for videos.
