The one down fall is. It's in the Gardens District which is great but too far for ours to pick up at. We had to travel to other pick up locations in the French Quarter. I use a walker so streetcar was a challenge. Uber was our friend.

Merci!

My first time in New Orleans was a wonderful and exciting experience. This hotel is where I stayed and it was the perfect place for me and mom to crash after the 7 hour drive from Bossier city. The staff were professional, the beds were comfortable and a greeting with my name on it as well as views of New Orleans were on the television. This will be my hotel if I visit New Orleans again. 😊💖

Great Location and Comfortable Stay Fantastic location—right on the same road where the parades happen! It’s close to several restaurants and set in a really cool neighborhood. The streetcar also runs right along the same street, making it easy to get around. The King Studio Suite is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. If you love soft pillows, you’ll be in heaven here—though I do wish there were a mix of soft and firm options. The room includes a microwave, small fridge, and a whirlpool bathroom with double sinks, which is a nice touch. The desk is large and perfect if you need extra workspace. The fitness center is small but adequate for the hotel’s size, and the pool is on the smaller side as well. Free breakfast in the morning is sufficient, and parking is just $20 per day, which isn’t bad at all for the area. Overall, a great stay in a convenient location with plenty of comfort and value.
