staff is friendly, place is clean, pool was extremely cold the heater was not turned on. Breakfast was above average. My biggest complaint is the loss of a pair of shoes. New shoes I'd only worn 3 times. I know for a face I wore them there. I took off and changed to slides. we stayed 2 nights and did not have room service. we left on Saturday for our cruise. upon arriving to cruise I realized I forgot to pack my shoes. I called the hotel immediately and they told me they dont have a lost and found, i have to go through and file a lost claim. which I did. No shoes turned up. I know I had them there and even wore on Sat night. How could they just disappear.

Rooms are clean but the first two nights the air conditioner extremely loud, preventing a good night sleep, air conditioner leaking on floor, I had to put towel down! The light in bathroom is motion sensative but kept clicking all night, tried to reset but still didn’t work. Parking here is $40 a day and you must use vallet, which means tips! Snacks are $5 dollars a can of coke or lunch size chips. Scanner didn’t work on drinks so I gave up. It’s $120 hold on room for any damages that can occur? 5-7 business days to go into your account. Coming back through I gave them another chance? Air conditioner in this room sounded like a garbage collector collecting trash. So loud you can’t watch TV. You can’t get help late at night, lady on her phone!

I had an outstanding experience at Embassy Suites, thanks to the exceptional service and hospitality from Dana, Marvin, and Aaron. From the moment I arrived, each of them was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable. Their genuine kindness and dedication to excellent service truly stood out and made a lasting impression. It’s rare to encounter a team that works so seamlessly together and cares so much about the guest experience. Highly recommend staying at Embassy Suites—thank you, Dana, Marvin, and Aaron, for making my visit unforgettable!

The staff were pleasant but the rooms and hotel itself were tired and in need of major renovation. The air conditioners were extremely loud and disruptive to sleep, especially when they would activate the automatic bathroom lights in the middle of the night. The breakfast was decent for a free breakfast but I would not call it amazing. The location is convenient to the convention center, but some streets in the immediate area feel somewhat sketchy at night. For close to $700/night on some nights during a conference, I would not stay here again.

The WORST hotel experience I have ever had and I am a frequent traveler. I am a Hilton Honors member and came for the American Heart Association meeting. They refused to let me check in even a few minutes early (even though they were letting others check in) even though I had checked in on the app, asked for an early check in and even though I told them I had a meeting. The lobby was dirty with food crumbs on the ground, the hotel staff was really unaccommodating. I was staying two nights and they made me check out and check in again to stay two nights. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Worst experience ever and I will never be coming back.
