Not only a great location, comfortable clean rooms, and great food, the people there from the front desk to the security people are amazingly awesome. They made my stay that much more productive and enjoyable.

I was there over the Halloween weekend with a friend and I am not happy with the service from the housekeeping team and the front desk team. Housekeeping: My friend had asked for a specific type of espresso be brought up (the blue container. May have been regular, I don't do any sort of coffee.) on our first full day (Friday 10/31). Housekeeping brought one of each type of espresso. Day 2 she asked for espresso (Nov 2), she had to wait a full hour before houskeeping dropped off any espresso and the wrong type of sugar. Front Desk: While helpeful, we had inquired about having a mini fridge in the room. The man had checked the first time (a day before) and had insisted that a text had been sent to the number on file. I never received such text. He checked again, and both mini fridges were in use. My question is this: what hotel that has 14-15 floors have only 2 mini fridges? I understand those two are used for those with breast milk or refridgerated meds. I'm more curious about what large hotel has just two? I stayed at the Hiton Garden in the Garden district by the convention center back in 2021 and my room had a fridge in room. I recommed finding another hotel to stay at. Even the Hilton Garden. You can get the Le Pass (the local public transit app) and buy a single, 1 day, 3 day, 7 day, passes to use the bus, streetcar, and ferry to get around.

Spent a few nights here this past weekend & it was a pretty ok experience. Was upgraded to a king suite & it was a great size for 2 people. Beds & pillows were cozy. Shower & bathroom were beautiful! They actually have full sized decent smelling shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion. Was happy to see they give you a pump bottle of hand soap & not just a bar like a lot of hotels. The floors are concrete with only 2 area rugs. Some parts of the concrete had chips in them which didn’t look great. No scenic views out of my windows; just of the building next door (but we’re in the city so what do you expect?) The refrigerator in the room (it’s in a drawer under the coffee) wasn’t cold at all even after messing with it a few times. If you’re looking for a microwave, it’s not in your room (at least not mine) it’s on the 3rd floor near the elevators. The staff here is nice & they did tidy the room up every day. I do like that you need to use your key card to access the elevator which is just a little extra safety bonus for me.

Spent the weekend at this hotel and had a great time. I originally booked a room with two Queen beds. During check in they we able to switch me to one King. The room was a lot better than expected. Highly recommend. Drinks at the bar were amazing but expensive. The price are not on the menu. It's a surprise. Breakfast was delicious but the coffee bad. Overall I had an excellent experience.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Canopy Hotel in New Orleans! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself is beautifully designed modern, clean, and stylish, with that perfect New Orleans charm. My room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the little details and how quiet it was at night despite being so close to all the fun spots. The location is perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made exploring the city super easy. The breakfast and bar area were also great, with good food and even better service. Overall, it truly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!
