This is not a Hilton hotel by any standards. On checking in with my service dog, the desk clerk asked if "it" would be staying (this from a "dog- friendly" hotel). She seemed totally disinterested and barely looked up from her computer. There was only one elevator working and the hotel was definitely undergoing renovation. With that in mind, when we were leaving our room the following morning we noticed damp and mold on the ceiling of the room. It had been dark when we checked in. We spent the next few days of our road trip sick. The morning clerk was no better and spoke viciously to me about my service dog not being allowed in the breakfast space (although the serving staff had walked past him several times by that point) and had it not been fir my friend interjecting to diffuse the situation, the incident was on the verge of triggering a PTSD attack for me (for which I have my service dog). Please educate your staff on the legalities of service dog training and how to interact with the public in an empathetic manner. Not that I would recommend staying at this hotel on any account. A bad experience all round.

After booking the hotel through Booking dot com, we picked up the keys and entered room 218 with our family. The room immediately looked dirty and poorly cleaned. We are not overly demanding, but the situation became unacceptable when we noticed a cockroach or bed bug on the floor (picture attached). At that point, we decided to leave immediately and return the room due to the hotel’s condition. Unfortunately, we were not given a refund at the front desk and were told that because the booking was made through a third party, we had to resolve the refund directly with Booking. We contacted them right away and hope the refund will be processed. Regardless of the outcome, we had no intention of staying in a hotel with a cockroach infestation, so we left and stayed elsewhere. We strongly do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed over Thanksgiving week, and while the building's facade suggested a high-quality experience, the interior condition was severely disappointing and seemed to be falling apart. Beyond the zero holiday decor that contributed to a cold atmosphere, the single operational elevator was highly concerning, shuddering and shaking with every use. Most alarmingly, we discovered that our room door was misaligned and did not close or lock securely when we left for the day. Add on a noticeably dusty ceiling fan, it was a disappointing stay.
