I accidentally left my overnight kit in the room and they not only called to notify me but offered to mail it to me. I was able to stop by there on our way back home to pick it up. They were so kind to hold onto it for me. Kindness always wins! TY for the great service.

I contacted the manager (Miranda) about a refund since I was charged twice. She said nothing she can do. The Hampton is still trying to run my card for yet more charges! Reported this hotel to corporate.

The premium room was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub but was just a garden tub. Continental breakfast was slim pickings.
