  the service that me & my girlfriend recieved tonight was absolutely terrible. initially, we went to hotel monroe to view the scenery & we were thinking about getting a room & staying for the night. in the midst of admiring the hotel we decide to take pictures an employee walked out of a door & stated “ yall aint supposed to be taking pictures out here LEAVE NOW “ yelling at this point, i said “ ma’am it would have been a better way to approach us & we would have left “ we exchanged words & then she went on to say more vulgar things & then stated “ you broke & you can’t afford to stay here anyways “. i went back up to try to speak to a manager & she was waiting at the gate watching me making sure i left & stated that she doesn’t care how we feel & she will call the police for trespassing, not only did this upset us but we also will never stay there.. we really wanted to but they lost a potential customer tonight due to a misunderstanding.

  Everyone was VERY NICE! I enjoyed my stay, the hotel is beautiful and I look forward to returning. That said I did want to bring to your attention that the AC in my room dripped all night. I dealt with it but there may be a bigger problem that you need to address before it causes damage to the ceiling.

  I want to send the biggest thank-you to Mackenzie at the front desk! She was so warm and helpful, and went out of her way to help me recover a sentimental item I had accidentally left behind a week prior, and made sure it was safety returned. You're a gem, Mackenzie, thank you!

  The management and leadership and the people that run the show on a corporate level for this place, and also the people at the local level at this place at who are managers and assistant managers, and people that lead this hotel Monroe are just insanely amazing. They are amazing because they treat people of all backgrounds and all skin colors and all racial backgrounds very equally. They are nice and respectful to everyone. They do not certainly at all discriminate on the basis of race or ratio background or The color of someone’s skin. They certainly do not do that to customers at all and they certainly most certainly actually are very, very, very nice to people from all backgrounds and they make sure that everyone feels respected and welcomed and cared for and feels welcomed and gets the smile or the nice vibe or the nice gesture, regardless of their skin color or racial background, they do not discriminate on the basis of that and also they are very kind to people from all ages genders backgrounds, and ages as well, so this is really appreciated and the leadership and management is really great to make this an excellent experience as it should be thank you for being kind and respectful to people of all backgrounds as you guys are very fair and just and we appreciate that you certainly don’t tolerate drama or bullies or people that except racism or think racism is OK thank you so much for doing that and thank you so much for being a good place that serves well and the food is greatThey serve quick they serve well. The food is amazing and ambience and the vibe of this place is amazing. Love you guys. Thank you

  Came for work. The day I arrived had been a long day for me. The hotel is beautiful. The front desk agent told me it was new. The bar and dining area looked nice. - rm 205 is pitched as a king room with a city view. The electrical room is right next to it. Staff gets in this room each morning right before 5A and use it frequently until the city wakes up around 8A. You will get up at these times too as you hear all of this. The nearby train did not bother me with noise. It was more the opening and closing of the electrical room door and what sounded like someone dumping marbles in a jar. If I had been able to rest longer I would have enjoyed my stay more
