I was kept awake all night by the loud pressure-release noises from flushing toilets in the pipes: • 2:00 AM - 5:30 AM: A loud “whoosh” every few minutes • Before 2:00 AM & after 5:30 AM: Nearly once per second, loud and grating Impossible to sleep at all—complete mental exhaustion! The hotel must urgently fix the plumbing system, or don’t expect any rest

The hotel was exactly what was advertised. The decor was ok. The rooms showed signs of remodeling. The hallway wallpaper was in need of repair. We will book another location next time.

We could not, due to family reunion. She advised ALL HIlton afflicates have same rule. Not true as we stayed at many. Asked if she could assist finding another hotel. She could not. Advised my husband waiting in car. I came back and assured her our small dog was not a barker. She finally said ok. We had no problems after checking in. Location, room, etc were excellent..

We usually pick Hampton Inn when we travel. As usual everything was great for our overnight stay. We will definitely be returning. The clerk on duty was named Samantha, she was very kind and courteous. 😊
