  The value was fine. Location fine. Room was fine. But the water pipes are NOISY at 6am while I was trying to sleep. And then someone starts vacuuming the hallway at 8am while I’m still trying to get a solid 8hr of sleep. Annoying

  We stayed here 4 days ago over night. We booked online && when we got there we asked the desk clerk if we could have a first floor room. The lady told us that our room had already been predetermined…. Uh, what? We told her that we had never heard of that before but she insisted that sometimes they do that && that she didn’t have any rooms on the first floor. Ok, whatever. About 2 hours later I go to take a bath && the water pressure was so low it wouldn’t hardly come out. Like at all. It was so low that the shower wouldn’t even work. So we call down to the office && she says to come downstairs. So we go down there && they have like 8 or 9 people checking in. They had came in the van. Well they all had first floor rooms . So we wait for everyone to be checked in && ask about the water && she tells us that she had been doing laundry && that’s why the water pressure wasn’t working . Do what?!? She said yeah whenever we run the washing machine, it messes up the water pressure && that they need to fix that. She says to go try it again && if it didn’t work to come back down && she would move us to the first floor because someone had just moved up to the third floor. Upstairs the water pressure started working better but not much. The water had enough pressure for the shower to work so ultimately we decided to stay upstairs because we didn’t feel comfortable moving to a room someone had just moved out of. I wanted to know what was wrong with that room that someone had moved from the first floor to the third floor. && other than that that the large party that had just came in were extremely loud. So we decided that where we were would be the best bet. We will not be going back ever. (I have a short video but it won’t let me post it)

  The entire staff at this place is incredibly friendly and helpful! My TV wasn’t working, and moving me to another room was a major hassle because I had a lot of things to move. So, they came to my room and worked together to fix the issue. They treated me like family the entire time. You don’t find that kind of dedication or customer service at many businesses. I will be staying at this location for my next trip to Louisiana.

  Front desk personnel told me they had no bottled water but failed to inform me that they have a filtered water fountain in the dining area. There was no coffee in the morning at 9 am. The room was clean, and spacious but the body wash bottle was empty which lead me to say that the totality of my issues are customer service based. It is deficient of the Hilton brand service and I don't plan to stay here anymore. But you get what you pay for. Spark is the more economic Hilton choice and it shows. I will say there was a very friendly male housekeeper. The only person in the entire building that greeted me.
