The rooms are dated, dirty, carpet was wet, one of my colleague’s bed was wet, you just don’t feel comfortable or clean. Our company contracts here and we have complained several times about mold, mildew in the bathrooms and some rooms with bedbugs. Please tear this place down and rebuild. Horrible.

Upon arriving at our room, we discovered two full-sized beds that were suitable for our teenage son but not for two adult guests. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. Furthermore, we found hair in the bathroom floor and towels, which were quite unpleasant. The following morning, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. However, the gentleman at the front desk was rude, possibly due to the early hour. His attitude was clearly unprofessional. Consequently, we did not stay for breakfast. The housekeeper also appeared to be in a foul mood and did not respond to our good morning greeting.
