    Total disregard for Do Not Disturb sign. Attempted to charge for second night that was already paid for via Hilton website with emailed confirmation.

    Staff was wonderful upon our very late night arrival. Staff member assisted me with the television in my room. When it comes to the facilities-just rebuild. The rooms are dated, dirty, carpet was wet, one of my colleague’s bed was wet, you just don’t feel comfortable or clean. Our company contracts here and we have complained several times about mold, mildew in the bathrooms and some rooms with bedbugs. Please tear this place down and rebuild. Horrible.

    I chose this location because it had a gym with a cable machine. The machine is in disrepair and with a minor amount of maintenance it would be fully functional. Needed a quick connect and install the other replaced. Attachments were missing and 2 of the 4 that were present needed maintenance. Otherwise quiet and clean

    The front desk employee was courteous and pleasant. The decorations in the front lobby were aesthetically pleasing. Upon arriving at our room, we discovered two full-sized beds that were suitable for our teenage son but not for two adult guests. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. Furthermore, we found hair in the bathroom floor and towels, which were quite unpleasant. The following morning, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. However, the gentleman at the front desk was rude, possibly due to the early hour. His attitude was clearly unprofessional. Consequently, we did not stay for breakfast. The housekeeper also appeared to be in a foul mood and did not respond to our good morning greeting.
