Often Stay here because of hotel points and its proximity to the rental car returns. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve shown up at 4-5pm and had to sit and wait in the lobby for an hr or more because rooms weren’t ready. Don’t market 3pm check in if you can’t deliver. Seconds, shuttles are often not on time at all so it’s a crap shoot if you’re trying to get to the airport on time. Other than that, hotel is ok, but a bit outdated. Food is decent at the restaurant though. Staff is 50% friendly and 50% entitled.

As much as you pay for these rooms you’d think they have more staff and better customer service. I called for room service and the phone ranged and ranged till the front desk answered. I said I wanted room service and she said ok let me transfer you. And it ranged and ranged till I hung up and called back. Finally I went down stairs and asked about room service and the same woman said they DID NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE! The. Why the heck is it advertised and why didn’t she say that over the phone. So I went to the restaurant and got food that too almost an hour the received. You cannot lower the ac in the room below 68. I spent most of the night sweating. They definitely need improvement at the cost of this place.
