For a Hilton I think they can do better for accessibility. We stayed in an ADA compliant room on the 3rd floor. The door opens out and was bent and sticks. Extremely hard to open/close. We had a room that was difficult to maneuver a wheel chair in as the makeshift closet blocked entry into the room. The beds were not Queen as expected. The shower was like warm at best with minimal water pressure. For the good. Staff was friendly. Drinks at the bar were good and the game was on. Overall the hotel was clean & inviting. The shuttle was great to get to the airport early.

Decided to take a trip over seas so I booked this hotel through the AMEX travel program. Arrived at the hotel and during checkout i was told I had to pay to park. Reluctantly paid to park since we were there 2 nights. Through AMEX I get gold member benefits that gives me $15 per adult a day in credits to use at the hotel. The hotel staff told me while I was there I was able to use them. I used the credits at the hotel for dining and some snacks there. The day after I checked out of the hotel I was charged the full amount for snacks and the dining facility to my card. I attempted to get this rectified with customer service. At one point on the phone with Hilton customer service one of the employees had asked me “ what would you like me to do about it”. After debating what I would like to happen the Customer service system went down while I was on the phone with them and they said they would fix this problem and call me back. I never received a phone call back. The staff is ill informed on how the Hilton honors program works leading to new members also being misinformed. And the Hilton customer service for finance is a joke.

Great hotel if you need to stay near the airport. It is less than a minute from the rental drop off and offers an airport shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Only thing to note is the room air conditioners take a long time to cool the room below 70 degrees. The hotel restaurant and bar are great too.

On the afternoon of December 13, I was treated by one of the two front desk staff members in a manner that I found extremely rude, dismissive, and unacceptable. I was effectively ignored and treated as if I were invisible, without any proper acknowledgment or guest-oriented service.
I have stayed at Hilton properties in many countries around the world, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such behavior at a Hilton hotel. This is particularly disappointing given that the front desk is the primary point of contact and sets the tone for a guest’s entire stay.

Dear Hilton, having to pay to park at the hotel parking lot you are staying at is ridiculous. There is nothing special about your parking lot and it skews your overall cost per night stay. This is a deceptive pricing tactic, shame on you.
Also, having the customer do the work of setting up payment for the parking charge in YOUR own lot is a ridiculous situation.
