    Pre-booked and paid for a room for one night. Hotel charged me again for the night on the card I supplied for incidentals (I had no incidentals). I tried in-person to get it refunded to no avail, I tried calling - only to get a mailbox that "cannot take any more messages", and I sent an email to customer service and still got no reply. This hotel is Hilton in name only. Pretty rough around the edges. It had a sense of chaos about it. The bartender was pretty decent. The food was expensive and sub-par. I always have great luck with Marriott, so I will stick with their properties in the future. Oh, and the airport shuttle never showed up, even after I called the hotel. I had to pay for an Uber.

    Being a Hilton Honors member and Timeshare owner this was not one of my best hotel Hilton stay. We stayed based on what we seen online but not looking at the reviews. Pros: The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The location was good for easy access to the airport. The wings were good. The rooms were fine. Having a shuttle to/from the airport. Cons: The hotel had a unique smell when you walk in the building. Disappointed in the usage of my food credit for the breakfast food was not good. The lady although helpful had no gloves on when making my toast. The bartender asked me to come back in 15-mins to place an order because she was overwhelmed with orders to put into the system. The hallways on the floor had trash all on the floors. The hotel cleanliness: 0 The food service: 2 Overall: 3/5

    We checked into the hotel, room 324, late after an engagement party we were in town for. The first thing we saw was this bedbug on the wall. We immediately left and were told we needed to wait until Monday to talk to the general manager. I called on Monday and was told that the room was taken out for service and they would review the report from the exterminator company and get back to me. I have not received a response back and looking at some of the other reviews about bed bugs, I don’t imagine they are going to do anything about the infestation they claim not to have.

    Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Very filthy I’m upset I don’t have many photos but I’m sure you can figure that out once you walk in the elevator. Trash left in the room behind the furniture, yellow stained shower curtain and these little roaches are crawling everywhere in these rooms. The towels and sheets were stained. The only thing I can say they did right was gave us new towels daily. The staff are airheads they say I don’t know to everything don’t bother asking them any questions. They’re there for decoration I guess. Now onto parking. Do Not Pay For Parking. It is not worth it and they will not refund you. There’s literally no gate or anywhere to scan anything for parking. They don’t give you anything for your car because they know anyone can just come back there. Mind you I paid $64. Btw there is no type of security or anything. Every door just opens. The gate from the pool is wide open.
