I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience, especially considering the price point.
The room alone cost $157 for one night and did not include breakfast. The room did not have a microwave and appeared outdated, which did not align with expectations for the rate charged.
When my guest and I attempted to eat breakfast at the hotel, we were informed it was not complimentary and were charged over $20 per person, totaling approximately $50 for two people. While we understood the breakfast was not included, the experience itself was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Before even being seated, we asked to charge breakfast to our room. The staff member questioned whether we would be able to do so. Shortly after, a guest of a different race requested the same accommodation and was allowed to charge their breakfast to their room without any hesitation. This interaction felt discriminatory and set a negative tone for the rest of our breakfast.
Additionally, after paying $50 for breakfast, we asked to take a plate back to our room. While other staff members attempted to assist us by offering to-go plates, the same employee followed us to the front desk and continued to question and confront us. This behavior felt unnecessary and harassing, and it prevented us from enjoying the experience.
Overall, the service we received during breakfast overshadowed the stay. For the price paid, I expected a more modern room and, most importantly, respectful and equitable treatment from staff. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

Ser ice is ok, the food was horrible. Stay away from the frozen "fresh" fish option. I was convinced it was good, it wasn't.

When I see Hilton I think of excellence. This hotel was the opposite. Since the moment I got to the hotel the reception service was awful, they said they could not find my reservation and did not want to help me. The bed had a mattress foam which made me ask the question, why would a bed at Hilton have a mattress foam? Pillows were uncomfortable, you could hear everything in the room next door, breakfast was not included, you don’t even have free parking… I would definitely avoid this hotel.

Stacey thinks I'm a ghost or maybe she can't see people of color! I'm standing in line and completely ignored by her as she proceeded to help a Caucasian man who was in line BEHIND ME! When I brought it to both of their they looked at me, he smirks, she looks at me and looks away. How rude and unprofessional is that! Even after helping him as I'm the only person standing at the desk, she still doesn't acknowledge me or anything that just happened. Only reason it's a 3 star is because the young lady Dilsi was very polite and professional. Maybe the manger and subordinate roles need to be swapped so Stacey can learn some courtesy and professionalism!
