  We’ve stayed here several weekends while visiting my wife’s family. This hotel goes above and beyond. We travel with 3 and a 1 year old and from extra pillows to needing a cup of milk at 9 pm they went above and beyond. They even gave us bags with crayons for the kids one morning. The breakfast staff were so friendly and food was fresh. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. If I had to give one complaint it would be that a side door was broken for serval weeks In a row and we had to go around to the parking lot. Great hotel great staff! Amanda in the breakfast area was #1!!!

  Room was nice. The hotel was good about working with us on check in time as we arrived very late as well as an early check out. Still waiting on the refund from the 2 nights we didn't stay but it's only been a couple of days. The front desk staff was super! Eldon Rocks!! Only 2 things I would suggest. We stayed in a room designed to accommodate handicapped guests. The tub gets slick with the products provided. Put some sort of traction on the floor of the tub. 2. Side door to hotel near elevators had the latch taped over with clear tape where anyone could just walk in. I notified the front desk of it during our stay. Tighten up security checks a bit. Other than that we would stay again.

  Great place to stay while visiting family or just stopping for a night on the road. Plenty of parking space that's well lit, clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, solid breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Jared who took great care of us and all our needs at the front desk! We decided to extend the stay and he made everything very smooth. Considering all that and the fact that we'll be staying here next time too I started looking into getting a Hilton amex card that he mentioned. PS. I highly recommend checking the gas station right next to the hotel for some delicious cajun food! Boudin balls are 🔥🔥🔥! Thank you guys!

  The King Studio was nicely laid out nicely. Front staff very friendly and breakfast was hot and good.

  I always book my rooms through the Hilton app because it’s quick and easy, and I rely heavily on reviews before choosing a property. This hotel surprisingly had 4.4 stars. We stay at Hilton properties often and haven’t had issues. We checked in around midnight and needed to get straight to bed. As soon as we walked into the room, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I paid the upgrade fee to get a room on the first floor near an exit door. When I went into the bathroom, it was obvious the shower had not been cleaned. There was a dirty, wet towel on the shower floor and the floor itself was filthy. We were only a few hours from home, so I skipped showering altogether. It felt more like a rundown motel than a Hilton. The bed wasn’t much better—the fitted sheet kept popping off because it wasn’t the correct size. We were exhausted, so we tried calling the front desk for help, but the phone just rang and rang. Does anyone even work here? Like I said, we needed to get straight to bed. Personal reason for why I wasn’t able to go to the front desk when we arrived. On this trip alone, I stayed at four different Hilton properties and didn’t have a single problem anywhere else. This experience was completely unacceptable. Pros: – Great location (right off the highway with lots of nearby stores) – The room itself was spacious – Despite everything, I was eventually able to get some sleep Cons: – Strong smoke odor in a non-smoking room – Shower was dirty with a used towel left behind – Incorrect bed sheets – Zero customer service Unfortunately this was my experience and I really wish it weren’t this bad. This stay did not meet Hilton standards at all.
