I was disappointed to find out that the hotel had overbooked, which is why our room wasn’t available. We had to wait about 30 minutes to finally get settled. 😡 The elevator felt very old when we used it, and it seemed like it might break the more it was used. It was honestly a bit scary! 😖😱 [Edit: The elevator is a nightmare. It’s sounds like it’s banging on something and makes very loud sounds when opening ad closing. I swear they need to have a mechanic fix these elevators. There are also broken street lights on the property, which makes it very hard to see/drive in. 😒😓] On a positive note, the room itself was nice. The cleaner did an excellent job with the cleaning, so credit where it’s due. 👏 The room is a bit small, but still good overall. The view is also pleasant, facing a car dealership—Sterling Buick GMC (shoutout, I guess?). 👌 Overall, it’s been a decent stay, but the delays and issues definitely impacted my experience. I’m not sure I’d choose this place again next time. Take care! 😞
