- JJJandroJan 3, 20262.0Hilton is my preferred chain. I’m a diamond member. The staff is wonderful, friendly, accommodating at all hours and breakfast is great! However my 2 stars are due to this HI location is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, repairs and some upgrades. The walls are paper thin and very uncomfortable to hear everyone’s business. Whoever is managing this hotel may need to look into some improvements. These details can shed a bad light on the Hilton brand. We are switching to another Hilton brand in this area.

- HSHoward StampsNov 8, 20254.0This hotel is old and needs to be renovated..toilet wouldn’t stop running..breakfast was subpar..got down there about 7:30 and the main course and other food were totally out..the server had to be tracked down by another guest behind the front desk..she wasn’t even monitoring the bar.. the bar needed to be wiped down..all the breakfast juices were watered down..best thing about this hotel is the location...multiple dining options are within walking distance..its located on the main thoroughfare in Houma
