    Apparently the cleaners do not know how to properly clean a room. There was buildup of pubes, dust and urine on the bowl of the toilet seat and base of the toilet. Lots of hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. The water is brown people. BROWN!! 👀 the lady at the desk was super nice last night when checking in. After driving for 13 hours I slept w crossed fingers. There was 4 of us and a dog. Was not going to change rooms. My kids liked the breakfast muffins. My only complaint is to teach the cleaners how to do their job!

    Don't be fooled by the nice interior of the rooms. Low shower pressure, refrigerator doesn't work, the AC doesn't get cold enough even if you set it to lower temperature.😅 Never going back.

    All 6 pillows were Extremely SOFT. Wishing for a better choice. Some medium or firm's, would have helped. Pool outside was pretty, but no hot tub or jacuzzi to soak a weary travel body in. No hand held showerheads either

    Demanding my AAA card as soon as I arrived, without even a friendly greeting. My AAA card is probably just sitting in my mailbox at home while I'm traveling. And to top it off, I just got a new phone and it wasn't in my phone wallet. When I tried to cancel my room, they wanted to charge me the same rate as if I had checked in or pay $200. Absolutely not! I'll find my information myself. The receptionist saw that the bill was paid to AAA, but that wasn't good enough for her. She just stood there in silence, insisting on verifying my AAA membership. And then had the audacity to ask to see my credit card again! Not booking here again!

    We just recently booked a room online to reserve a room for a wedding. We came to check in that night to come to find out that booking online does not “guarantee” your room and there were no availability in the hotel. So we were left with trying to find another room at another hotel late at night. I have never heard of this before ever anywheres in my life, so I do not recommend booking with this hotel. Absolutely ridiculous.
