The Hampton Inn Hammond hotel in Louisiana is a three-story interior corridor hotel with an elevator, 78 regular guest rooms including three suites. Our Louisiana hotel offers a hot breakfast, business center with high-speed internet access, wireless internet in the lobby, a fitness center, coin laundry services, complimentary parking and an outdoor pool. We offer our large meeting/conference room and a small board room also available.
All of our rooms are very spacious and equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, hair dryers, clocks, coffeemakers, iron and board, basic cable with complimentary HBO, high-speed internet access, and ceiling fans.

You’ll still get in with your keycard, but it’s worth knowing if you plan on coming back late. Also, the phones aren’t always closely monitored after hours, so it’s better to get questions answered before the evening. Overall, this Hampton Inn is a great spot in Hammond—clean, safe, and close to restaurants and the interstate. I’d definitely stay here again
- CDCarmen DavilaSep 8, 20251.0I am so upset. I was taking a quick shower before we left the hotel this morning and all of the sudden I hear someone from the front desk calling the phone in our room. I thought that maybe we had somehow lost track of time so I quickly jumped out of the shower and as I was getting out a man started knocking on the door and shouting at us. I didn’t open the door but I said, “we are still here, is it after 12 o’clock?” I checked my phone and the time was ONLY 11:45 am!!! I was so startled and rushed by the staff harrassing us that I didn’t even have time to get all the conditioner rinsed out of my hair. They were calling our room and banging on our door and harassing us and it wasn’t even time to check out yet!! We checked out on time at 11:59 am and we will never stay at this hotel again.
