To be honest, I love these rooms. They are spacious, comfortable, and just what I want. The breakfasts are nice, the lady taht runs it does a good job. The staff is a whole different story. Good luck getting them off their phones and tablets and behind the desk. This is a Hilton, not a Dollar Tree. I am a diamond member and I find this staff to be so far below standard and for the rate, I will be leaving and going across the street. I cant even get this evening guy to get off whatever show he is watching on his tablet long enough to print me a single page for my work. He looks at me like 'why are you bothering me' don't worry big guy, I know who will. I'll take my thousands for hotels elsewhere.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times for business and had never experienced a problem until this last visit. When I arrived after 7 p.m., the front desk agent was visibly frustrated with a phone call and didn’t greet or acknowledge me for several minutes. Once she finally assisted me, she demanded a “government ID,” something I’ve never been asked for in all my prior stays. When I explained that I had the same authorization and tax-exempt documents our group always provides, she offered no help in accessing Wi-Fi and showed no willingness to problem-solve. After I retrieved my phone and emailed the forms, she continued to insist on extra requirements that no one else in our group had been asked for. When I questioned the inconsistency, her “manager” (who refused to identify herself) suggested canceling my reservation instead of resolving the issue. The experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely inconsistent with the hospitality standards I’ve come to expect from Hilton. I eventually checked in after nearly 30 minutes at the desk, but this will likely be my last stay at this property.

Beautiful rooms, but a $150 incidental fee is a little much for me. The breakfast is only continental and it isn't all that good. Everything else worked out great.
