    Staff members are extremely helpful and welcoming. They try to make your visit as positive as possible. I'm also impressed how they remember returning guest. Highly recommend this hotel.

    Absolutely loved this Hampton. Very easy to get to. Great area. lots of shopping and eating places whether you want to sit down or something quick & to go. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. Although a lil smaller. It was perfect for us. All staff was great. Grant was a lifesaver we forgot to get utensils for our food and he so politely directed me to where I could get some. Breakfast was good & the breakfast lady was so sweet and helpful. definitely would stay again!

    Good first, location is good. Close to restaurants and shopping if you need/want it. Recommend Don's Seafood right down the road for a good meal and easy location. Service - I was able to interact with only one person during my stay and that was after a long wait at check-in. Other times, no one was behind the desk or responsive to bells. There wasn't a major need but disappointing nonetheless. Room - clean, no issues with that aspect. But my goodness you can hear everything in between the walls. There is no buffer. TV, bathroom noises, doors opening, wash cloths falling, it's all transmitted thru. The doors are the worst, every door within a few rooms is comically loud. I never needed earplugs to sleep until this hotel.

This is our second stay at your Gonzales location, and both times we’ve experienced exceptional service — but I want to especially highlight how much of a positive impact Grant has made on our visits. Last year, during our first stay, Grant went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. Although we didn’t get the chance to thank him properly at that time, his kindness and professionalism stayed with us. When we returned this year and saw him again, it felt like reconnecting with someone who genuinely cares about his guests. Grant embodies the true meaning of hospitality. His warm attitude, helpful spirit, and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay feel personal and memorable. Employees like him are the reason guests feel at home and choose to return.
