I just wanted to speak to the manager and have a human conversation about whether they had a good self motivated maintenance crew they are satisfied with... But I couldn't even find out if the manager was there from the extremely guarded and cold Carlos at the front desk. If you aren't satisfied with your maintenance motivation... You missed out... Whether by design or by ineptitude.
