The service from the front desk worker could have been better, when I asked if she could have maintenance take a look, she simply told me she would just move my room down from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor - her attitude was not in the spirit of resolving the concern at all. Breakfast was nothing special, very few choices which mostly repeated daily, not much variety, except Friday with biscuits available.
