Thought I was in a flea bag motel when i saw the beds' mattresses. Absolutely not like ANY Hilton I have stayed in before. Our mattresses were literally flipped over so they had the hard part of the mattress for us to sleep on. The mattresses are very old. Stains and smells all over carpet and hallway areas. Yapping dogs upon entering hotel. We will NEVER stay at this place again. Hilton needs to take its name off this property. I have pics, but nowhere to post them.

From the start this Hotel has had I'm so sorry response. I'm a veteran my wife asked if there was a discount. We were told no sorry. That's okay I'm not special. Then the HVAC in our room didn't work so we had to switch. The kitchen was the worse service. last night it took over an hour for a steak, a rare one at that. Then this mornings breakfast was confrontational with staff. One guy gave me the excuse if it's his second day the other cook was just slow and lazy I watched him make every order one plate at a time. Then make an excuse of being in the weeds. The house wasn't packed. It wouldn't be so bad had they not turned me away hungry at 6 am I got my eggs finally at 740 my friends funeral is at 830....Do better Hilton

Stayed here for a business trip that was booked and paid for by my employer. The female when checking in was rude. The room was nice size, but the carpet was horrible, the pillows are flat, bed sheets and towels were stiff and smelled like sanitizer, bathtub had mold and shower diverted didn’t work properly. Hilton’s standards sure have went downhill, and when I complained at the desk, they didn’t care. My employer will never use this place again.

I canceled my room in appropriate time, and they still charged my card and will not refund me my money. Customer service has been very rude, and not returning my calls in a timely manner. I have had to call multiple times and still no return. It has been two weeks and I still have no recieved my refund.
