Found hairs in the shower and even on the towels, which made it feel unclean. I get that they manage a lot of rooms, but cleanliness should be a priority. Wouldn’t stay here again.

When I asked about it, the staff was very careless about it when it is the only source for me to cook my food😢 breakfast was okay limited options. But the room was clean and spacious for my use.

The hotel front desk clerk, Mikayla provided outstanding service, going above and beyond. She was professional fom the moment of arrival, throgh check-in and providing helpful information about amenities and local attractions. Her attentive attitude, quick problem-solving skills, and commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere left us with a lasting positive impression, making the stay both smooth and enjoyable.
