- TMTaylor MitchellJan 2, 20261.0I checked into my hotel on the 01/01/2025 when I arrived I checked into to the hotel I’ve been staying in prior to this situation I was being watched by the manager Sherell mistreated and on this specific day my shower had a mold like stain around the bottom rim of the shower. Immediately I went down stairs where I was handled very poorly she immediately got loud asked other ppl to go up to confirm saying let me see cause I’m not switching rooms. which they actually confirmed and she then got upset screaming you can just take a refund and go because of a personal issue she made from not doing her job and watching my family and I come and go we spent a lot of money staying in the hotel being discreet being overly nice to the staff we eat there we actually grew a bond with multiple members of the staff from being in the hotel so much I’m actually a member I have a case # I’m currently seeking for someone who can help me. After back and fourth she threatened to call the cops. Calling me racial slurs, out of my name screaming my personal information in the lobby I definitely want this situation to be investigated throughly. She should be fired !

Ms. Karen and Ms. Dee specifically. Vibrant personality to match their Great hospitality ,very inviting ,and eager to assist us with any issues. I was quite impressed. The housekeepers were also friendly and the vibe was genuinely upbeat . I have nothing but gratitude for the staff at Tru by hilton citiplace ct. Location. Outstanding job. My family and I look forward to staying again soon.
