I’d gotten an hour away when I realized I’d left behind a very special item (gift from my daughter) upon checking out. The front desk not only recovered the item, they boxed it up and walked it over personally to the post office, and I received it, safe and sound, 2 days later. Not many hotels would go that extra mile once a guest has left, but this speaks for the level of service at this property. Special thanks to Korey for going that extra mile for me!
