Upon preparing to take a shower on the morning of November 12, I noticed a pubic hair on the edge of the bathtub immediately after turning on the faucet. I reported this to Kay at the front desk, who responded, “I’m not surprised.” I requested that the room be cleaned.
However, upon returning that evening, I found that the issue had not been addressed—the same hair remained in the bathtub. I went back downstairs to notify the front desk attendant, who informed me she would come upstairs to clean the bathroom herself. Given that she was the only employee on duty and that the concern had already been reported earlier in the day with no follow-up, I requested the name and contact information of the hotel manager.
When I returned to my room and began preparing to clean the shower myself, I pulled back the shower curtain and discovered a used washcloth placed on top of the curtain. I immediately took photos and returned to the front desk to inform the attendant.

This hotel needs a severe upgrade. The furniture was dirty and very old looking. The breakfast was great. The service was okay had a few issues that at most hiltons properties wouldn't be an issue.

My Husband travels for work so we often in hotels.... The bed was uncomfortable, the ac unit was surrounded by cracking drywall and you could hear water dripping in there. The bath tub filled with water while showering. There was always people in the parking lot being loud. But the front desk man was very nice and accommodating as we checked in pretty late. So I do appreciate that. The kitchen was nice to be able to cook, although there weren't many things to use to cook with. I had to purchase some items to cook with.
