    Just traveling through town, our room seemed halfway cleaned before we got there and was missing trash bags and spray was left unwiped on tables.

    I arrived at the hotel with a confirmed Expedia reservation in hand, expecting a smooth check-in after a grueling 9-hour drive. Instead, I was thrown into a bureaucratic nightmare courtesy of Hilton. Despite having already paid for my room, the system refused to assign me one until I was charged for incidentals. But guess what? That part of the system wasn’t working. The front desk staff shrugged, helpless—apparently corporate had to manually assign rooms. So I stood there, exhausted, locked out of a room I’d already paid for. I trusted Hilton. That trust is gone. I called customer service. They didn’t care. No urgency, no empathy—just robotic indifference. Hilton has become too big to care, too broken to deliver. Honestly, I’ve had better service at the dollar store. If this is the “hospitality” Hilton offers, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Loyalty should be earned, not assumed.

    Ms. Cynthia treat guests like Royalty. I was really impressed with warm and welcoming lobby the open space atmosphere. It was an awesome experience. You are very blessed to have Ms Cynthia.
