    We stayed at this hotel recently and had a very unpleasant experience during checkout. At check-in, we were clearly told that checkout time was 12:00 PM (it was Christmas). However, the next morning, shortly before 11:00 AM, we received a call insisting that checkout was at 11:00 AM and that we had to leave immediately. When we explained that the front desk staff had told us 12:00 PM the day before, the manager refused to acknowledge the mistake or allow us to stay until 12:00, even though it was clearly a miscommunication on the hotel’s side. What made the situation worse was that shortly after, while we were already on our way out, a morning manager came to our room in an aggressive manner, clearly trying to force us out. After our stay, I sent a polite email to the General Manager describing the situation and also asked the front desk to leave her a message. Unfortunately, I never received any reply, no phone call, and no response at all. A hotel can make mistakes, but ignoring guests afterward and providing zero feedback is unacceptable, especially for a brand of this level. Because of the lack of professionalism and complete absence of follow-up, I cannot recommend this hotel.

    Our stay at Home2Suites was truly exceptional from start to finish. Before we even checked in, Kristin and Chermaine went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Their warm welcome upon arrival set the tone for a wonderful stay. Throughout our visit, the General Manager, Lasandra, also provided outstanding customer care. She was attentive, supportive, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The entire staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, creating an atmosphere that felt both comfortable and welcoming. Because of their exceptional service, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.
