Would've been a 5 if breakfast was included and not an extra charge

Best thing about this property is the airport convenience; the building is in serious need of an overhaul.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly but the hotel was just trash! I've never stayed in such a nasty hotel. The hallway floors seem as if they never been vacuumed. Our hand soap and body wash were completely empty in our room. The property os littered with trash everywhere. I observed a hotel employee feeding a homeless cat. I guess that's why there was a box of food on the sidewalk. I'll never stay here again and advise those to think twice before booking a room here. So much more to add but I have no time! And we stayed here because our family attended a funeral nearby.

Nice and clean but basic. Does not have free breakfast, but there is a restaurant in the hotel. My room seemed small. However, the staff is friendly and they serve coffee in lobby 24/7,.

To start, LaDarrius and the bartender were kind, approachable, and appeared genuinely concerned about our issues as summarized below. The room quality at this location has gone down since my initial visit years ago—as well as the restaurant/bar service and overall upkeep of property is lacking.
As Hilton Gold members, we were highly disappointed in the poor upkeep of rooms. While we were given a replacement room, both rooms were barely kept, with large noticeable stains throughout the carpet and stopped up sink (Room 301), and both had a smell.
Our food ordered from the restaurant was of poor quality as well. Gumbo was watery with lots of sausage and one shrimp; although it was seafood gumbo that was described in menu as having shrimp, sausage, chicken, crabmeat, and crawfish. The club sandwich bread appeared to be regular white bread and was barely toasted. We notified LaDarrius of food quality and asked that it be credited back to our account.
Unless this property undergoes a total renovation and overhaul of amenities and services, we do not plan to return.
